With the acceleration of urbanization in China, green building design has become an important direction for the development of the construction industry in the future.The concept of green building originated from the energy crisis in the last century. Its fundamental purpose is to reduce the energy and resource consumption of buildings and provide a more comfortable living environment for buildings.There are some relatively mature green building assessment systems in the world, such as LEED and BREEM. However, due to China's special national conditions, green building starts relatively late and is still in the stage of development and improvement.Although China has made clear guidelines for green building in the future development planning, there are still many problems in the practical application mode of green building under the current situation.In this context, this paper analyzes the actual use of green building under a series of different modes to study which groups and individuals can influence or limit the implementation of green building.The main factors affecting the actual implementation of green buildings include the government, architects, enterprises, investors and users.These factors influence and restrict each other. Only by handling the role of different factors in the development of green building can we promote the popularization and effective implementation of green building in China in the future.In addition, the paper also gives a brief overview of the use of green building in the studio's project design, so as to discuss the limitations and difficulties that designers may face in green building design.| Period | Jul 2020 |
