N2 - In recent years, the rapid development and popularization of social media platforms have provided rich social experiences for people, but also posed a series of challenges, such as the spread of false information and malicious attacks. To address these issues, this paper considers a named entity recognition technology-based social media management platform. We aim to illustrate the importance of real-name authentication and identity management, and how to implement these functions using named entity recognition technology and other advanced technologies. Thus, we propose an innovative solution that consists of Web 3.0, blockchain, and the metaverse, with real-name authentication and identity management as its core functions. In addition, in order to achieve high-precision named entity recognition requirements, a standard Chinese Sina Weibo Named Entity Recognition (NER) dataset is used for model training. Based on experimental verification, the feasibility and effectiveness of our proposed solution are demonstrated, which also provides new ideas and methods for the application of natural language processing technology in the social media field. Moreover, the proposed solution may help promote the healthy development of social media platforms, enhance user experience, and maintain a good network ecosystem.
