Most of the movie recommender systems do not consider the unfair rating problem but the emotion evaluation. Then our approach performs the correct assessment against unfair rating. Furthermore we should analyze the review comments from twitter and emotion evaluations of users. As a result, it is possible to provide the movie candidates which are adjusting to users' intentions in a timely manner.",
