Abstract
Our paper, titled "Transnational Legacies and Digital Futures: When Succession and Transformation in Thai-Chinese Family Businesses Meet the Belt and Road Initiative", explores under the influence of the Belt and Road Initiative how family businesses navigate the tensions between tradition and innovation, particularly in adapting to digital change, while maintaining intergenerational cohesion. We believe our research aligns closely with the conference theme and will contribute meaningfully to discussions on international relations in today's evolving global context.
