Abstract
This chapter examines the transformative role of Immersive Project-Based Learning (IPBL) in developing entrepreneurial competencies that are essential for success in dynamic and uncertain environments. By engaging students in authentic problem-solving, critical thinking and innovation, IPBL bridges the gap between theory and practice while fostering creativity, collaboration, adaptability and resilience. The chapter explores the design and implementation of IPBL frameworks, showing how they prepare learners to identify opportunities, manage risks and respond effectively to changing market conditions. It also highlights assessment strategies tailored to the evolving nature of entrepreneurship education, ensuring that evaluation reflects both process and outcomes. Situating IPBL within the wider evolution of entrepreneurship education, from traditional classroom-based teaching to experiential and hands-on learning, the chapter underlines its importance in equipping students for employability and enterprise, particularly in contexts where competitiveness and rapid change define societal and economic structures
