N2 - This study examines how Sino-US trade decoupling reshapes China’s agricultural live-streaming ecosystem and strengthens supply-chain resilience. Integrating event system theory with platform ecosystem theory and drawing on multi-case evidence, we show that external shocks disrupt export channels, trigger a domestic channel shift, and activate coordinated responses among platforms, producers, streamers, and local governments. These adjustments enhance supply-chain efficiency, cultural value creation, and ecosystem robustness, revealing a counterintuitive crisis-driven pathway through which geopolitical shocks foster innovation and resilience.
