Abstract

"Layers of the Everyday" is a mixed media of photography and AI video film portraying storefront entrances from Singapore’s local streets, vernacular shops, cafes, and boutique bookstores. Through overlapping and layered visuals, the work draws out the subtle traces of everyday practices embodied in these spaces, quietly capturing the persistent presence of daily life in the city’s urban fabric.
