Abstract

Highlights The intrinsic metal-like conductivity of MXene restricts its application in semiconductor field. An organic N-Fused Perylenediimide is designed to actuate surface modification of MXene. Organic-decorated MXene affords reliable memristive property and synaptic mimicking. Convolutional neural network-based neuromorphic computing is realized.
