Abstract
Kingman coalescent is the first coalescent model. It has become a benchmark coalescent model recently, and has been widely studied. This article aims at establishing an alternative integral representation for its distribution. We also utilize this integral representation to get the asymptotic expansion of the local central limit theorem at the small time regime.
