Abstract

This conceptual paper explores the effectiveness of Guanxi, a culturally unique Chinese concept of networking, for Chinese transnational entrepreneurs operating outside of China. It further investigates the role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) as a moderating factor in this relationship. Through an extensive review of existing literature, this paper proposes a conceptual framework that highlights the synergistic potential of Guanxi and CQ in enhancing the entrepreneurial performance of Chinese transnational entrepreneurs globally.
