Abstract
This report analyzes the impacts of insisting on a product development strategy on XPeng's profitability from 2019 to 2022 Q2. Based on the model established by McNally, Akdeniz, and Calantone, regression analyses are used to evaluate different implementation factors' impacts on profitability. In addition, this report will combine XPeng's technological innovation points to analyze the impacts of the above factors on its profitability. Therefore, this chapter gives examples of how organizations may explore how to implement a product development strategy to enhance its profitability with advanced technology.
