Gestione e sfruttamento di un territorio comune da parte di alcuni borghi del Monferrato acquese alla luce di quattro documenti medievali (con edizione critica degli atti notarili analizzati)

This paper is a philological study (in the field of Medieval Latin Philology) inherent in the historical reconstruction of the management of a territory shared by some villages in Monferrato between the XIII and XIV centuries (in the context of the so-called 'comunia' in the Italian Middle Ages), which provides the first critical edition of the four medieval documents attesting the historical operation. The paper includes a first part, eminently historical, where the relations among the villages are reconstructed, and a second part where, for the first time, the the text of the four documents which attest the management of this common area is philologically recovered, with the addition of a critical apparatus.
