Researchers are exploring chronopharmacology, which aligns drug dosing with biological timing for effective disease management. This chapter examines its future trends and clinical applications, emphasizing circadian rhythms' role in drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion. Innovative strategies integrating chronopharmacology into existing regimens could enhance efficacy, compliance, and reduce side effects, supported by insights and clinical trial examples.
