Abstract
HeXie Management Theory (HXMT), rooted in Eastern and Western management philosophies, proposes that integrating He (harmony) and Xie (order) principles enables organizations to thrive and realise their organizational goals (HeXie theme) through HeXie coupling under environmental change and uncertainty. However, lack of formalization has limited computational implementation and empirical validation. This paper presents a theoretic framework for HXMT, formalizing its core concepts and providing a model that are tractable and fully computable. The mathematical foundation includes axiomatic utility functions for He, Xie, HeXie coupling via adaptive weights, and convergence guarantees under uncertainty. This work bridges the gap between theory and practice, offering a robust digitalised framework for implementing HXMT with computing program in managing complexity in modern organizations.
