Abstract
At present, the academic research on the management of enterprise ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues is still in the exploratory stage, with very limited literature having systematically analyzed it from the perspective of leadership. Based on the leadership operating system, this paper explores and constructs an enterprise ESG management model with Chinese characteristics to promote sustainable development of the ESG of Chinese enterprises and initiate a new realm of balancing profit with purpose and regarding the good as the beautiful. The enterprise ESG management model based on the leadership operating system constructed in this paper helps to further enrich the research of ESG management theory, provides theoretical guidance for the cultivation and promotion of ESG leadership, and lays a foundation for Chinese enterprises to achieve real ESG transformation.
