Abstract

Through the analysis of the relationship among responsibility, authority and profit (R, A and P), a set of standards has been proposed by which R, A and P can be rationablly distributed among economic subjects. Based on the quantification of R, A and P, the efficiency models for the arrangement of R. A and P are developed. Finally, with evidences from actual investigation, the situation and efficiency of the distribution of R, A and P in some state-owned enterprises in 1992 are discussed.
