Abstract

Dynamic response and hysteresis dispersion scaling of ferroelectric SrBi2Ta2O9 thin films were investigated. The dynamic order parameter Q showed anomalous behavior against the field amplitude. The field response of hysteresis area over the low frequency range was evaluated.
