Abstract
With internet technologies increasing E-marketing is growing exponentially. The Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) should take advantage of the internet and refocus their business strategies to improve their competitiveness. The development and usage of Business-To-Business (B2B) e-Commerce enabling technology has caused profound changes to the e-Business environment. The purpose of this paper is to develop an e-Marketing framework for SMEs in conducting B2B e-Marketing in Malaysia.
