Abstract

The paper (Zhang et al., 2014a) did not clearly review the paper (Zhang and Wu, 2012). This short comment aimed at providing a clearer review of the paper (Zhang and Wu, 2012), which used 79 features other than 8 size-dependent shape features, with the aim of fruit classification other than pear grading.
