N2 - The intermittency of wind and solar energy poses challenges to grid stability. This study evaluates green hydrogen systems using alkaline (ALK), proton exchange membrane (PEM), and hybrid electrolyzer configurations to mitigate power fluctuations. Mathematical modeling and simulations compare their technical performance (power fluctuation efficiency, power loss rate) and economic viability (net present value, payback period). Results show the hybrid configuration balances cost and performance, with a 4-year payback and long-term economic potential. Findings highlight green hydrogen's role in enhancing grid stability and decarbonization.
