Abstract
The shift from traditional centralized office to hybrid office and remote work mode has led to a significant increase in the phenomenon of users interacting with visual display terminals (VDT) for a long time in the late night. This behavior has triggered the global spread of computer vision syndrome (CVS), whose clinical manifestations include dry eyes, blurred vision and chronic headaches. Current visual ergonomics research shows that although the modern display has the function of autonomous brightness adjustment, the display cannot systematically reduce the extreme brightness contrast gradient between the high-brightness radiation of the screen panel and the surrounding background darkness. In order to solve the problems faced by users who frequently work in dark or poorly lit residential environments, this graduation project proposes I-lamp, an independent intelligent desktop background auxiliary lighting system, which aims to systematically smooth the local brightness gradient between the "screen-background-desktop". Such environmental factors, such as different wall materials, are highly unpredictable. On the contrary, I-lamp proposed a built-in fabric texture diffusion plate to obtain a fully standardized and highly controllable local reflective light field. Obtain the system setting brightness by connecting the computer or monitor, and the calculation program will output 1/3 of the light brightness. Finally, a circle of transition lights is generated around the screen to ensure the health of the user's eyes while providing a high sense of immersion.
