Abstract

As the lead of the animation team for the Sunshine China project group, I directed eighteen animated works for the project’s first two themes. My responsibilities included coordinating team workflows, reviewing creative concepts, guiding the development of visual styles, monitoring production progress, and delivering iterative feedback to ensure all animations complied with the project’s core thematic positioning and quality requirements.
