Abstract
The present invention relates to cell culture medium additives, cell culture media, and their application in the preparation of cell drugs. The cell culture medium additive of the present invention is stem cell - like Dendrobium officinale exosomes. In the stem cell - like Dendrobium officinale exosomes, the initial copy number of lja - MIR408 - p5_1ss8AT per 100ng of total RNA is greater than 1 × 10⁵. The stem cell - like Dendrobium officinale exosomes have good stability and are easy to culture and obtain. They avoid the problem of pathogen contamination when serum is used as a cell culture medium additive, improve the consistency and repeatability of cell culture, and at the same time reduce the culture cost.
