Abstract

The present application provides an automatic translation method, device, equipment and medium based on an expert dictionary. The expert dictionary is formed by acquiring expert information including the institution to which the expert belongs, the name of the expert and the research direction; the expert dictionary is expanded by using external resource data; Through natural language processing technology, the names of experts that point to the same expert entity or the names of institutions that point to the same institutional entity are merged; expert dictionaries, regular expressions and edit distance are used to translate the names of experts and their institutions. This application uses external resources such as Wikipedia, scientific literature, and patent data to establish an expert dictionary. The constructed expert dictionary can be applied to the translation of names of experts in various fields. This method is relatively simple and easy to implement in engineering. Differences in translation and spelling of expert names greatly improve the coverage of translation components.
