Abstract
This book is based on "Zhou Yi" and "Yi Zhuan", and refers to other relevant pre Qin classics to summarize and distinguish the legal ideas and systems involved in "Zhou Yi", in order to systematically sort out the legal ideas and systems before and after the Western Zhou Dynasty. Finally, using Zhou Yi as the framework and other pre Qin classics as auxiliary materials, the basic legal system of the pre Qin period, especially the Western Zhou period, was depicted.
