This research explores how artificial intelligence can enhance the protection and sustainable development of vulnerable traditional settlements in China. Focusing on areas like the Qinba Mountains and large archaeological sites, it investigates how AI, deep learning, and digital twins can identify resilience factors, analyze risks, and support conservation strategies. The project seeks to create data-driven frameworks for monitoring, restoring, and revitalizing historic settlements while preserving their socio-ecological integrity. The outcome will provide innovative tools and theoretical support for safeguarding cultural heritage in disaster-prone and economically challenged regions.
