游戏公司在游戏本地化流程中使用人工智能的决策研究

Fund Amount (RMB)

Description

This project investigates how game companies make operational decisions about adopting artificial intelligence (AI) in game localisation workflows. While AI-integrated game localisation is expanding rapidly, corporate decision-making about such AI application remains under-documented. Using a constructivist, multiple-case study design, the project will examine three China-based game companies with multi-market localisation and varying degrees of AI integration. Data will be collected primarily through semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders involved in game localisation and analysed through reflexive hematic
analysis. The study will map AI adoption points in localisation pipelines, identify decision-makers and rationales, and assess perceived impacts on the stakeholders. Outputs will include a typology of AI-integrated localisation models and an evidence-based decision framework to support responsible, transparent, sustainable, and efficient AI adoption in game localisation.
