Project Title (In Chinese)
用于食品制造CIP工艺的智能残留物检测系统
Fund Amount (RMB)
50000
Description
Our project aims to address this issue by developing an advanced real-time in-process monitoring system integrated with smart controls. This system will optimize cleaning parameters, reduce resource consumption, and enhance productivity without compromising hygiene standards. The innovation aligns with sustainability goals by reducing water, energy, and chemical usage, making it a valuable solution for industries seeking greener operations.
This team was formed by undergraduate students from IME and IRE, combining expertise in mechanical systems, data analytics, and control systems. Guided by academic advisors, Dr Yang Luo, the team has conducted a preliminary study on CIP challenges and reviewed existing technologies. This groundwork has enabled us to identify the technological gaps and define the objectives of our project. With the support of the university’s Innovation Fund, we aim to bring this concept closer to practical application and potentially commercial adoption.
