Personal profile
I am a PhD researcher focusing on the rapid safety assessment of bridges and buildings using UAV-based aerial photogrammetry. My research develops a comprehensive framework that integrates UAV survey data, photogrammetric 3D reconstruction, and computer-vision-based feature extraction with structural modeling techniques. By incorporating epistemic uncertainties related to materials and hidden geometric variables, my work aims to provide reliable estimates of structural safety through capacity-to-demand ratios, even with limited available information. The ultimate goal is to establish a practical, fast, and uncertainty-aware approach for assessing the safety of civil infrastructure.
