Yuchen Wu

西交利物浦大学产业家学院与和谐管理研究中心项目发展专员。主要负责产业家学院与和谐管理研究中心硕士方向的招生工作，并支持学院及研究中心的日常运营与发展。于2021年获得英国伯明翰大学经济学硕士学位，并于同年加入西交利物浦大学工作。

Yuchen Wu is currently a Programme Development Officer at the College of Industry-Entrepreneurs and the HeXie Management Research Centre, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her primary responsibilities include supporting postgraduate recruitment and promotion, as well as assisting in the daily operation and development of the CIE and the HeXie Academy. She obtained her Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham in 2021 and joined XJTLU in the same year.

Field: HeXie Mindset, Digital Transformation

Topics: Structure and development mechanisms of the HeXie Mindset among university students; applications of HeXie Management at both organizational and individual levels; drivers and pathways of digital transformation, technology adoption and management changes; case studies in the home appliance and electric vehicle industries.

Motivation: To explore the value of the HeXie Mindset in higher education and organizational management, promoting holistic student development; to comprehensively evaluate the overall effects and long-term impacts of digital transformation, contributing to the design of effective transformation strategies.

Future Plans: Conduct empirical research and applied studies on the HeXie Mindset; continue case studies of digital transformation in China’s home appliance and electric vehicle industries.
