Yixin Zhang

Yixin (Alice) is an experienced trainer and mentor in the education industry, specializing in soft skills development, career readiness, and business communication within higher education contexts. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining IBSS, she worked in the education sector for several years as an academic teacher. Alongside her teaching role, she served as a mentor specialist and corporate trainer, supporting young professionals and early-career educators in developing essential professional competencies. Her mentoring work focused on enhancing novice teachers’ capabilities in both academic instruction and workplace soft skills. Yixin is passionate about empowering learners to develop clarity, adaptability, and professional presence, while building meaningful pathways for long-term career success.

She is now working as a Transferable Skills Training Specialist at IBSS.
