Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a PhD in Political Science. I mainly work on project management surrounding higher education - industry - government cooperations and eco-system development, with a current focus on ESG and PM-related contents. Prior to joining XJTLU, I worked in higher education and consulting, as a researcher, consultant, and project manager. Academically, I have strong background in political science, esp. international relations, urban studies and globalization.
