Xiaxia Xu

Xiaxia Xu (徐夏霞) is currently the Accreditation Manager at IBSS of XJTLU. As an Accreditation Manager, Xiaxia works with a team of Accreditation Officers and Academic Coordinators with the goal of ensuring the School meets and communicates its commitments to accreditation bodies (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA & BGA). Xiaxia has been at IBSS since 2015, and in between her daily roles and responsibilities, she‘s completed a course on Corporate Social Responsibility with Syntao Academy and a certificate on GRI Certified Training Program, and looks forward to learning more about ethics, responsibility and sustainability. Prior to XJTLU, Xiaxia was in Australia, completing her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Financial Management. She is a certified interpreter by NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) and a member of CPA Australia. Xiaxia was born and raised in Suzhou, and is super passionate about her hometown.
