Victor (Vik) Perez

Dr Vik Perez’s work focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, cognition, and human performance. His research and practice examine how emerging technologies reshape learning, attention, motivation, and entrepreneurial behaviour—particularly in complex and uncertain environments.

His work advances a brain-driven approach to entrepreneurship education and performance, integrating insights from neuroscience, cognitive science, and AI to better align learning and decision systems with human cognitive and emotional constraints. Rather than focusing on task automation alone, his work emphasises the design of human-centred learning and AI environments that support attention regulation, emotional resilience, and high-performance thinking.

He is the creator of Cognitive Performance Music (CPM), a neuro-algorithmic approach that applies sound as a component of cognitive and motivational regulation, and the inventor of the WNYLE Method, an award-winning brain-aligned learning framework for developing entrepreneurial mindset and performance.

He is the author of Entrepreneurship and Neuroscience: Researching Brain-Driven Entrepreneurship, which explores how advances in neuroscience inform the future of entrepreneurship education and learning systems. His current work focuses on the design of cognitively informed educational and performance environments, including experimental applications of AI that prioritise human cognitive capacity over automation efficiency.

He contributes to international research, public discourse, and policy-relevant conversations on AI, learning, and human performance, and collaborates globally on interdisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of technology, behaviour, and education.
