Shuang Wei joined XJTLU in 2024 and is currently a Business Intelligence Manager at the College of Industry-Entrepreneurs and the HeXie Management Research Centre, focusing on digitalisation and AI-driven development. She supports the Centre’s digital transformation by developing data infrastructure and AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, and provides technical support for academic research, as well as supporting the integration of AI in teaching and research.

Before joining XJTLU, she accumulated extensive experience as a Product Manager at Tencent Sogou Input and 58.com, where she led key projects including personalized speech input and AI-powered recording assistants, and contributed to online mall. These initiatives improved product performance and user experience, led to patented innovations, and contributed to user growth and brand recognition.
