As the team leader of Event Support and Finance team in the Operation Unit at the AoFE, my primary role is to drive operational excellence, foster an engaging and inclusive organizational culture, and ensure robust financial management in support of the Academy’s long-term growth and sustainability.

My key responsibilities include proactively identifying and implementing process improvements and innovative technological solutions to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and enhance the efficiency and quality of support services for training programs and activities. A major focus is placed on elevating customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and continuous, data-driven refinement of operations.

I am also responsible for strategically designing and executing diverse internal events and cross-cultural activities to strengthen team cohesion, improve intercultural communication, while continuously gathering feedback to enhance the overall employee experience and sense of belonging.

On the financial front, I lead the ongoing review and optimization of financial processes, particularly reimbursement systems, to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. I ensure the provision of timely and precise financial reports—including project statements and budget utilization updates—to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders. Additionally, I focus on enhancing the financial literacy and risk awareness of all Academy staff through targeted training and communication, empowering them to contribute to the Academy’s financial sustainability.

Finally, I am committed to strengthening team empowerment and cohesion within my group by establishing effective feedback and management mechanisms that support professional growth and operational success.
