Zhou Quanzhi holds a bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information System from Shandong University of Science and Technology and a master's degree in Project Management from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). During his master's studies, he actively engaged in academic research. His paper titled "Automotive Component Production Planning and Inventory Planning Model Based on ARIMA Forecasting" explored the application of the ARIMA model in demand forecasting within the automotive components industry. The study proposed a production planning and inventory management model based on demand forecasting, providing a scientific foundation for optimizing production processes in the automotive components sector.
Currently, he is employed at ILEAD, Academy of Future Education, where he works as part of the program development team of NPE. In this role, he is responsible for developing and optimizing new professional education training programs. Based on the learning needs of professionals and practitioners in the vocational education field and beyond, he designs, coordinates, and facilitates the implementation of customized training programs. He works closely with instructors to continuously improve course content, ensuring the high-quality development and delivery of training programs tailored to meet specific client requirements. Additionally, he participates in consulting projects, conducts research and analysis, and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
