Bryan is an Assistant Professor at International Business School Suzhou. His research interests include the strategic management of natural resources and the impact of autonomous AI agents on organisational structure, resource allocation, and corporate governance. Current working papers examine the impact of strategic resource decay on firm performance and innovation outcomes. Bryan currently co-teaches SMO201 Corporate Social Responsibility in IBSS.
Prior to joining XJTLU, Bryan completed his PhD in Management at the National University of Singapore (NUS) under the Strategy & Policy department and was awarded the President’s Graduate Fellowship. His teaching experience at NUS includes assisting in MBA (Strategy, Governance and Sustainability), MSc (Innovation & Strategies for Emerging Markets, Venture Capital, Entrepreneurial Management), and BBA (Strategic Management, Technological Innovation) courses.
