Dr. Shuo (Christina) Yan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University, a Master’s degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and has recently completed her PhD in Engineering at the University of Warwick. Her research focuses on digital transformation, particularly a data management capability maturity model for the full data lifecycle, including acquisition, metadata management, storage, sharing, analytics, and visualisation, as well as compliance, data quality, infrastructure, and resource allocation. She is also interested in social science topics such as gender roles, women’s mental health, employment, social class, job satisfaction, and parenthood, and has an additional research interest in supply chain selection and management.
