Dr. 朱哲伦 (ZHU Zhelun)holds a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome. He is a licensed Professional Building Engineer in Italy and serves as a member of the Aerospace Committee within the Engineers Association of Rome.
His research and teaching focus on the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. A key area of his work involves leveraging parametric and generative design to address complex architectural challenges and augment creative processes. In parallel, Dr. Zhu explores the expansion of architectural boundaries into extreme environments—including the design of sustainable habitats for extraterrestrial settlements.
