Dr. Zengwen Yan obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Management School of the University of Liverpool. He performed as one of the founding members of IFB and participated in its current supply chain modules design and degree program application in 2018. Prior to joining Entrepreneur College (Taicang), he served at Operations Supply Chain Excellence Institute, where he participated and gained from several research projects, including NFSC.
Apart from his academic experience, Zengwen used to take a position in the leader team of Alcoa China (Arconic now), the world largest and leading aluminum products corporation, where ignited his interest in the supply chain. Currently, the research areas of Zengwen mainly focus on supply chain-related subjects from the business perspective, such as the supply chain of Industry 4.0, strategic operations, and sustainable supply chain.
