Yixin (Alice) Zhang obtained her degree of Master from the University of Queensland. Additionally, she own Bachelors degree of management (HRM), National Teaching Certificate, Certificate of Instructor in AI Education and Training and full Teaching Knowledge Test Certificates from Cambridge Assessment. Prior to joining the IBSS, she worked in the education industry for years as an academic teacher. Along with her teaching experience, she also worked as a mentor specialist and a trainer who supported young professionals and developed their professional skills in the workplace. Her focus as a mentor specialist has centred around improving novice teachers’ skills in academic teaching and soft skills training, including effective communication, business presentation, meeting management and workplace conflict resolution. This rewarding experience helped her to lay a solid foundation in designing training programmes and developing people. She is now working as a Transferable Skills Training Specialist at IBSS.
