Yiqun Sun (Olivia) is an Educational Developer and serves as the Bucket Leader for Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL) within the Educational Development Unit (EDU). With over a decade of experience in teaching and administration across higher education and other educational institutions, she has facilitated a wide range of teaching sessions, training workshops, and consultations for diverse groups of students and educators. Olivia has a proven record of successfully leading projects, programmes, and events at various levels.

She holds a Master of Science in Learning and Technology from the University of Oxford, a Master of Arts in English Language Teaching (Studies and Methods) from the University of Warwick, and a PhD awarded jointly by Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and the University of Liverpool. She is also a certified Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) facilitator and a certified Climate Flask facilitator. Her research focuses on blended learning, Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL), digital literacy, and AI in Learning and Teaching.
