Yining Lu

和谐管理研究中心助理研究员2022年获得伦敦大学学院可持续资源（经济、政策与转型）硕士学位并加入和谐管理研究中心担任助理研究员。负责支持以和谐管理理论为指导的研究项目，推动和谐管理研究中心的品牌建设。主要工作内容包括收集归纳研究资料、协助完成研究报告以及对研究中心相关课程的学术支持等，以追求精益求精的工作态度和勇于创新的探索精神，助力和谐管理研究中心的发展。Yining Lu has been awarded the MSc in Sustainable Resources: Economics, Policy and Transitions of University College London in 2022 and joined HeXie Management Research Centre as a Research Associate. With the responsibility of supporting research projects guided by HeXie Management theory and promoting brand management, her main job includes collecting and summarizing research materials, assisting in the completion of research reports and providing academic support to the relevant programmes. She is committed to developing the HXMRC by pursuing excellence and innovation.
