Dr. Yingying He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester. Her research examines workplace conflict management across multiple levels, with a particular focus on culturally diverse organizations. Specifically, she investigates how individuals navigate interpersonal conflicts and how organizations and managers can effectively resolve employee conflict. Informed by a critical realist philosophical stance, Yingying specializes in qualitative methodologies, including in-depth interviews, ethnographic observations, and related approaches. Yingying's research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behaviour, cross-cultural studies, and workplace psychology.
