Yingchan Luo currently works as Senior Teaching Fellow in Economics, at the International Business School of Suzhou, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She holds a bachelor degree from Harbin Institute of Technology in China, a Master degree form TU-Delft in Nederland, and a PH.D degree from University of Science and Technology-Lille 1 with the highest honor. Her current research projects focused on tourism economics, tax competition and international trade policies.
