Dr. Ying Guo is Assistant Professor of Management and International Business. She earned her Ph.D. from the University of South Australia. She also engages with the growing impact of AI and digitalisation on international HR practices, including AI-driven talent acquisition, digital knowledge management systems, data analytics in global talent decision-making, and the ways in which automation is reshaping expatriate roles and global workforce strategies.

I am currently seeking motivated PhD candidates to join my research team in 2026. Research topics include international human resource management (e.g., expatriate management) and knowledge management (e.g., knowledge sharing, social networks, and social capital).
