Dr. Guo actively welcomes collaboration with industry partners, multinational corporations, and policymakers, and is available for media engagement and expert commentary. Drawing on her expertise in international human resource management, global mobility, and knowledge management, she provides evidence-based insights and advisory support on global talent mobility strategies, expatriate management, cross-border knowledge transfer, and social network dynamics within international organisations. She also engages with the growing impact of AI and digitalisation on international HR practices, including AI-driven talent acquisition, digital knowledge management systems, data analytics in global talent decision-making, and the ways in which automation is reshaping expatriate roles and global workforce strategies.
