Ye Liu received the B.Eng. (first class honours) in electronic and communications engineering and Ph.D both at City University of Hong Kong. Before joining XJTLU, he was an intern at Nokia Bell Labs France, a postdoctoral researcher at Loughborough University and the University of Oxford, and a lecturer at Coventry University. His research interests mainly focus on modulation techniques and resource allocation in wireless communication networks.
