Dr. Xiaofei Song is an Assistant Professor in the Intelligent Operations and Marketing Department at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS). Dr. Song completed her PhD at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and subsequently worked with Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University before joining XJTLU in 2025. Dr. Song’s research interests span Marketing and Information Systems, with work published in the Journal of Management Analytics, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science etc.
