Xia Huang received her bachelor degree in Physics from Beijing Normal University, master degree in Semiconductor Science from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and PhD degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Sheffield working with Prof. Neil Hunter, FRS. She has worked for the world leading spectroscopy company HOIRBA and focused on spectral technology development. She then served as an Associate Researcher at SIBET, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is now an Assistant Professor at Department of Biological Sciences, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.

1. Combine Raman Spectroscopy and machine learning for cancer identification and drug sensitivity study.
2. Drug delivery through extracellular vesicles for precise cancer treatment
